We make a similar blackberry shrub, but sub 1/2 balsamic and 1/2 apple vinegar. The “Dixie Bliss” with Pisco Porton Acholado (1), fresh lime (1/2), elder flower liqueur(1/2), and shrub (1/4), then top with a sparkling wine.
